Our journey began over 40 years ago, when our founder started ministering to youth at church. This early passion for supporting young people led to a career as a mental health assistant, working with youth at various stages in their lives. The desire to make a lasting impact on the lives of justice-impacted youth aged 12–18 inspired the creation of PVL. Today, we continue to strive towards our mission of empowering youth through educational scholarships and coordinated fundraising events, making a difference one young person at a time.
